Scorpio Man Love, Lust, and ObsessionScorpio Man Love, Lust, and Obsession by Nikita Gharat
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I think she has described, the Scorpio man point blank. What I liked is the fact that she has elaborated the Scorpio stare.

She let's the girl in love with a Scorpio man distinguish between love and lust. It is true that Scorpio men are known for the loyalty but they can also be brutal heartbreakers. This book helps in finding out whether you are with a keeper or breaker. Also, there are additional chapters such as Scorpio man and eros signs, which help in knowing "what triggers the particular scorpio man".

The book has detailed insight, I loved reading it. Recommended for those in love with a Scorpio man and also for those who are Scorpio themselves.

2 Reasons Why You Lose Top Employees

business stress साठी इमेज परिणाम

Want your company to progress leaps and bounds? Stop best employees from leaving. Oh yes, it is that simple.  Most employers underestimate the power of a good employee. They think that they are the boss. So, they have the power to fire anyone at any point. But you see, if assumptions could build castles then everyone would own one. However, reality is bitter. Actually,  a good employee is far more valuable than a team of experts required for damage control. Your few top workers are your stitches in time that will weave your blanket of success. Therefore, it is wise to value them in time to save your stitches nine! I know, you may have no idea, what goes wrong every time. No worries, here is a list of a few mistakes made by employers to drive away employee gems.

Undervaluing

This is a habit with most employers or managers, they take their best employees for granted. When they play a major role in getting you a project or making it successful, they get no praises. In fact, they even get a scolding or two for frivolous things. If these things keep repeating then your employee will leave you even before you blink your eye. You will be left complaining and sending calls at their end which will not be answered. Possibly you will place the blame on them. But think again, did you neglect their contribution repeatedly? Did you criticize them for keeping a coffee mug next to their phone instead of praising them for making a winning presentation? Or you purposefully downplayed their contribution so that they don’t ask for a raise? In case, you have done any of the above mistakes, then you may have pushed your employees out of the door. They didn’t quit because of greed, ambition or irresponsibility. They quit because they felt undervalued. Any good employee wants their efforts to be valued. They want praises and raises. They work for moving ahead and those who stagnate them soon become a history on their resume.

Making them do all the work and promoting someone else

I come across this scenario more than often. Promotion is given to those who glide their way to the top. Those who work overtime are left in lurch. A lot of managers simply make their workhorses do all the work and leave them with no credit or benefit. In fact, all the credit and the benefit is given to the non-performers. Sometimes there is a total misplacement of the blame if anything goes wrong. But what these managers or employers forget that these employees are genius. They can see, hear and feel what is wrong in their atmosphere. They have opportunities waiting for them outside the door. The reason why they are stuck with you is because they feel that they can grow in your company. If you deny them this opportunity, they will leave you when you need them the most.

It can be extremely frustrating. But most essentially, it will be just as costly!

Nessus in Houses, Signs and Synastry: Obsession Out of Control

For most people Nessus symbolizes abuse, excessive lust and manipulation. Although, it cannot be denied that it is associated with these qualities, it is unnatural to associate it solely with these things. I have read excessively disturbing interpretations of Nessus on the internet. I really cannot understand why some astrologers have a prejudice against some asteroids and planets. In this article, I will try to clear the air about Nessus and will give an insight about reading him in your chart and synastry. To begin with, Nessus is a centaur of Pluto. So, associating him with darkness, manipulation, obsession, possessiveness and excessive lust is understandable. Nessus is an uncontrolled unevolved Pluto. When he has hard aspects natally, then he shows his dark side but when he has good aspects then he can be a problem solver. Good aspects are aspects from Saturn, Jupiter and Chiron. Most astrologers over the internet want to paint a gruesome picture of Nessus. However, I believe...
